New Hapkido Club (Shotts, Scotland)

Hi everyone,

New Club at Shotts Leisure Centre, Sunday nights 7.30-9pm, from 5th July.

Can't make that then come along to Blantyre Sports centre Mondays and Thursdays 8pm to 10 Pm.

What's your training schedule?

Personally, I sometimes feel I must be so totally addicted in martial arts.....I work for myself so I guess it affords me the time...I train in Hapkido Mondays, day + evening class, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, 1hr. afternoon classes, Thursday eve , 2+ hr, Judo , then Friday bag class in MMA school,1-2 hrs....

weekends I try to practice some basics when I can , if I'm not on a tight work schedule....

Am I insane??? yet somehow it gves me more energy to accomplish the other millions of things… Continue

A Lot of Brazilians

I just joined this network and noticed that the general population is Brazilian....is there any reason for this.
Is Hapkido that much more popular in Brazil....how did it get started there????
Not many Americans on this network???? Enlighten me.

Strike fast and get out!

Alright, this post is a little tongue in cheek, but you'll have to admit it's funny and somewhat relevant.



We all know that some of the secrets to success in a fight are to strike first and rapidly, unbalance the enemy, and deliver a well-timed kihap. Here's an example from nature.
