Today the training space was warm, and we were working out hard, doing kick defenses and some other things, for 2.5 hours as usual. Lots of falls, getting back up again, painful locks. While I'm doing it, I'm great. I might get winded now and then, but the pain doesn't bother me, and I just keep getting back up. I'm always disappointed that class is over and I feel like I could go on for hours more.
