Wha? The Iron Chef "chairman" is martial artist Mark Dacascos?

I recently started watching season two of "The Next Iron Chef" on Hulu.com. I was curious about the odd "Chairman" character who sets the challenges, so I looked him up.

Maybe everyone already knows this, but it turns out he's a martial artist and actor named Mark Dacascos, son of the famous Al Dacascos.
