hapkido and haunted houses doNOT mix!

Well its official im banned from the haunted houses, all it took was one Zombie looking idiot to scare the shit out pf me.by putting his hand on my left shoulder, next thing i know hes laying there screaming for real with a half dislocated shoulder and twisted wrist.. all i know is they cant press charges if they put their hands on you first..lol.. i said i was sorry but damn im scared of zombies. Now if my kids would just stop being mad at me for getting us kicked out

My thoughts: immortality / being remembered

Though we may not think about it, some of will be immortalized/remembered for lifetimes to come, while others will fade within a single lifetime. 

 

I myself do desire to be remembered, as a martial artist and a family patriarch. I do desire that positive things about me will be remembered for a long time to come. But, I believe that my immortality has already been cemented. It has been cemented in every student I have ever taught, and every student they will ever teach and so…

Liquids/Soda

Ya know, I find that drinking water just does not do it to satisfy me. The one exception when is when I am exercising. All I want then is water. When I wake at night cause I find I am thirsty I crave orange juice. I could easily replace soda with tea, but I am a big Southern Tea drinker. Lots a sugar and very sweet. I know the crap in soda is what keeps a belly on me, but it is almost more than a craving. Almost an adiction. Just not quite to that point. I can go all day and drink something…
